Altano Ros, a wine of the Symington Family, has been delicately produced utilising organic viticulture by applying sustainable methods, whilst working in conjunction with the local environment. The winemaking process has been deliberate, controlling temperatures (fermenting at 16 degrees to maintain vibrant fresh fruit flavours), ethical choices and masterful blending to attain the beautiful colour.

On the nose there is a fresh minerality, almost saline, followed by subtle floral and tropical notes. even a little strawberry leaf. the palate is fresh, crisp and clean, almost mineral, with a delicious citrus acidity throughout. The wine finishes with a delicate expression of fruit, rhubarb, strawberry and gooseberry, there is even a subtle green tea hint. A delicious wine best enjoyed whilst taking a moment to relax in the sunshine.
