The 2023 vintage is luminous and finely etched. Native yeast fermentation, ageing in old oak, and no fining or filtration yield a wine of remarkable purity and tension. Citrus peel, green apple, chalky minerality, and subtle oxidative notes interplay on the nose and palate, leading to a long, crystalline finish.
