Alcotec Turbo Yeast Express – Dissolve 6Kgs of sugar into 21 litres of water and mix well. Add this sachet of Pure Turbo yeast and stir before leaving in a warm place at 25 degrees Celsius. Produces 14% Alcohol in approximately 48 hours or 20% Alcohol if left for 5 days.

WARNING – This is a vigorously fermenting yeast and is likely to bubble over the container. Do not leave where anything can be damaged by overspill.
