This Ros of Cabernet Sauvignon does also have some Ros of Grenache and Syrah in the mix, as we enjoy the complexity they bring to our bottling. The core wine is made by drawing off juice from our finest Cabernet Sauvignon tanks, not long after harvesting. The Ros of Cabernet is then fermented separately and later blended and bottled.
