The 1921 Tequila Blanco is a double-distilled tequila, crafted with 100% Blue Weber estate-grown agave. After the slow fermentation process of the must, it is passed through the copper stills and distilled twice to obtain its clear and crystal color and its fresh field herbs and morning dew aroma; it is pure tequila with the fresh aroma of 100% agave. Appearance: A brilliant, crystalline color, producing a wave of legs (tears) that glide slowly towards the bottom of the glass. Nose: Sweet, subtle Agave aroma, fresh herbal notes with hints of citrus.

Palate/Taste: Delicate and harmonious, highlighting the essence of the Agave and its nectar, fruity with a citrus finish, well balanced and clean. Body: Polished and velvety as it encompasses the tongue. RECOMMENDATIONS Can be drunk straight. Serves as an aperitif before lunch or dinner because it stimulates the appetite.
