The cat-o’-nine-tails was made up of nine pieces of knotted cord fixed on a thick piece of rope as a handle. It was used as an authorized instrument of punishment in the British Navy until 1881. This wine is called cat-o’-nine-tails because it resisted all our attempts to discipline it.

Cat o’ Nine Tails 2019 Sauvignon Blanc captures the vibrant essence of Napa Valley. Aromas of fresh-cut grass and tropical fruits lead into flavors of guava, passionfruit, and ripe melon. Crisp acidity and a hint of minerality add to the wine’s refreshing character, making it an ideal companion for warm days.
