In 2010, as our distillery first began to take flight. We sourced aged whiskey from
elite distilleries throughout the United States. We initially selected barrels from
Indiana for our original recipe and decided to set several barrels aside because
we felt those were truly special. We realized that those barrels marked the
ending of one distillery era and the beginning of another because each barrel
was labeled with the original distillery that no longer existed. 16 years later these
limited number of barrels have produced a well-aged straight bourbon, bottled
for you at cask strength. This very rare bourbon features a high rye mash bill
yielding brilliant notes of dark chocolate, salted caramel, and warm cinnamon
