Crafted from 100% unpeated malted barley and triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, Bushmills 12 Year Old is aged a minimum of 12 yearstypically maturing 11 years in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, followed by 69 months finish in Marsala wine barrels. Its then blended and proofed using spring water drawn from the River Bush.
Nose: Floral fruit-forward aroma with green apple, pear, pineapple, and nutty malt
Palate: Smooth, silky texture with dark chocolate, dried fruit, hazelnut, gentle spices, and candied orange peel
