I’m not usually a fan of Viognier as they can be too aromatic, high in alcohol and unbalanced. Thankfully this bottle of Le Versant is a totally different story and an absolute gamechanger! It has some lovely honeysuckle and peach aromas with ripe melon, apricot and honey on the palate. Delicious and complex with weight, structure, restraint and perfect acidity. Vegan friendly too.
