A family-run project, Finca Venta Don Quijote has been growing and tending to vines organically since the very beginning, in 2006.Despite being located in one of the warmest region of Spain, Jose Fernando is able to achieve a noticeable freshness in his wines, thanks to some of hisvines growing at 780m altitude, as well as the cooling influence of the Toledo peaks.
