This Chenin is all about fruit purity and freshness. Bright but not overpowering acidity, with greenappleand citrus notes. A hint of smokiness underneath to support the medium body, with plenty of florals upfront.

Mother Rock is a winery established by Johan Meyer. A star in the new wave of South African low intervention winemakers, Johan was able to purchase fruit from organically farmed vineyards, in order to create inexpensive yet high-quality wines for his Force Celeste line.
