Produced in Hertfordshire, Botivo is a non-alcoholic ‘botanical aperitvo’ that uses local honey, rosemary, thyme, gentian, Wormwood, orange zest and apple cider vinegar to create an aperitivo that is bursting with flavour. Most 0% drinks in general tend to lack depth and complexity but this proves that you can still get bags of intensity without alcohol. Add a measure to soda water or 0% fizz for a stunning spritz, or include in the likes of a Negroni to knock down the total ABV.
