Tasting Notes
A red with balanced body and a fine ruby colour. Its aromas are typically spicy and consist of pepper and sweet tobacco; the background notes hint at red-fruit jam and violet. A pleasant drinkability with good concentration, mature and harmonious tannins with a long-lasting fruity finish.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel with 15 days of skin maceration; after a light filtering, it ages one year in cask and one in bottle.

Producer
Founded in the 60s by Giorgio Lungarotti, the company has created a new dimension for Torgiano but for the whole of Umbria. Wine as a strong element of a system of integrated promotion that ensures a productive and tourist area of extraordinary quality. The company maintains a strong family imprint characterized by respect for the values and traditions, history and territory and is now managed by the sisters Chiara Lungarotti and Teresa Severini, while Maria Grazia Lungarotti successfully directs the work of the Foundation.
