A premium, botanical, red wine cask-aged rum produced from scratch in Yorkshire using a hand-built copper pot still forged by hammer and by fire – truly unique.
The Ros colour is imparted entirely from the French and Italian Oak Red Wine cask ageing and locally picked wild botanicals. The process imparts complex fruity flavours including hints of red berries, violet, gorse, summer fruits and green apple.
Light, fruity floral with herbal notes and a dry, toasted oak wood finish.
