A unique expression of this prestige appellation. The very first release of this wine, and a triumph aready. 100% Grenache from very old bush vines planted on sandy soils: polished and lifted, packed full of cherry fruits and layers of flavour with a mild, almost honeyed edge. The wine spent just under two years in a concrete egg before being bottled in summer of 2023.

The Elodie Jaume estate is a family vineyard located in the heart of the Rhne valley, in the famous Chteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This estate embodies a wine-growing tradition spanning several generations, where expertise and know-how are passed down with passion.

Elodie Jaume, who gives her name to the estate, is part of the new generation of winegrowers who combine modern techniques and respect for the terroir. She is often seen as a representative of a new wave in the world of wine, bringing a fresh perspective while promoting the artisanal methods inherited from her family. Her work is distinguished by an approach centered on sustainability, biodynamics and respect for the environment.
