Sfera is a natural winemakingcompanylocated in Lombardy, Italy. They take local, organic winemakers to collaborate with to showcase in their litre bottles. They focus on showcasing native grape varieties – and once they’re gone, they’re gone and they move on to showcasing the next winemakers creation. Sfera is short for atmosphere in Italian, and reflects their philosophy on representing the terroir through the wines.

This red is a blend of Nero d’Avola, Perricone and (interestingly) Cataratto. Light and fun with very low tannin, fresh red fruit flavours and would taste great slightly chilled.
