MEDIUM CIDER, 5% ABV

Slowly fermented with wild yeasts, this is a refreshing medium dry cider that has a touch of juicy sweetness here, and a bit of tannin there. The Wild Ferment is an unfiltered, easygoing cider.

Silly Moo make their ciders in Sussex, where either swap apples with their neighbours for bottles of cider, or grow them on their farm. This family-run business is also where they also raise cows, who go nuts for the leftover apple pomace that they get as a treat every year after the cider is pressed – which is where the cider brand got its name.
