This lovely gin is as local as you can get. Not only is the gin produced and distilled on Call Lane just round the corner from our little shop, it is distilled within one of favourite drinking dens by our good friends in Rolands bar.

The gin is copper-pot distilled in tiny 20 litre batches, using 8 botanicals with leading citrus notes and a hint of hibiscus to create a bold, classically flavoured gin.

Key Botanicals

Juniper berries, coriander seeds, hibiscus, orange peel, cassia bark, liquorice root, angelica root & dehydrated lemon with the addition of raspberries & hibiscus to the classic London Dry Gin recipe, this is then infused with raspberries after distillation to extract their natural sugar and colours to create a subtly sweet, delicately pink gin.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant fresh raspberries burst out of this with a lovely floral lift from the hibiscus.

Perfect Serve

Light tonic/ginger ale garnished with lime wedges.
