Made purely from Chardonnay with all the grapes used being ppicked in 2012 which is now looking to be a super vintage. The balance between fruit and acidity produces a beautifully expressed Champagne. One to savour- if you have the self discipline

Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower – his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon’s first release!

Like all vintage Champagne this comes in limited quantities, but the limitation is made even more by only using a single grape.
