ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC (UNCERTIFIED) / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE

A big, wintery red from Piemonte, without any additives whatsoever. Bold, dark fruit notes, forest floor and earthiness on the palate. Solid tannins, but still harmonious.

Made by Valli Unite, who run a small co-op in Northern Italy together: farming vines as well as other produce, keeping bees and herding livestock to keep the ecosystem self sustaining.
