A very attractive wine that director Thomas Soules describes as ‘Atlantic style’ with juicy, soft fruit with easy, ripe tannins and good freshness, minerality and balance. The Cabernet Franc was very successful here, resulting in a high percentage being used in the blend. This property is located just below the town of St-Emilion and has a fascinating history. One of the ancestors of the owners, the Malet-Roquefort family, even accompanied William of Normandy in 1066!
