Principiano Ferdinando is situated South of the Barolo region and practises organic growing methods, creating a biodiverse environment which encourages wild growth. They use wild yeast fermentation, with typical yeasty flavours shining through in the wines.

Natural and organically produced wine with a little cloudiness. Lots of fresh red fruit on the palate with a lively energy to the mouthfeel. An easy drinker!
