Sourcing the coffee beans ethically from an organic co-operative of farmers which grows incredible coffee on the mountains of Peru.

• This coffee liqueur has notes of stewed stone fruit. Roasted by the artisans Extract Coffee Roasters in Bristol, on Bertha. A vintage roaster, rescued from scrap and lovingly rebuilt by the Extract team.
• They simply blend cold-brewed coffee with their Ludlow spirit and just a touch of dark sugar
