A complex fruity and floral bouquet which contains notes of citrus, honey and dried figs. On the palate, this wine is elegant with great complexity, balanced by wonderful minerality and freshness. A wonderful expression of the Ribolla Gialla grape.

Producer

In 2019, Charles-Louis de Noe arrived in Slovenia. Coming from a long, family
tradition of winemaking in Burgundy, and driven by his passion for finding the most
authentic and prestigious terroirs for growing vines, he brought some abandoned,
Brda vineyards back into production, rescuing their rich, genetic heritage with
massale selection. The same year, he and his Slovenian partner Alis Marini
launched Vini NoeMarini.
