This 3.5-hectare estate is blessed with a unique terroir, consisting of clayey soils with fine gravels and iron-rich clay in the subsoil. The vineyard, located in the heart of Pomerol, includes 1 hectare facing the famed Chteau Clinet. The propertys old post office is now the chteau, and the stables have been transformed into cellars, adding to the estates historic charm.
