About the Producer

This wine is made in colaboration with one of our suppliers, Moreno Wines, and for them the idea of creating a Palomino that wasnt from Jerez seemed likegreat andobvious choice. But where could this happenturns out South Africa. From old bush vines (certified from 1977 the old vine project in South Africa. Vineyard and Winery

With yields kept below that permitted in Burgundy this is a wine that really showcases the terroir and how brilliant the Palomino is suited to it. The grapes are grown 900m up on the magnificent Piekenierskloof plateau. Made in 100% stainless steel, naturally fermented and kept on its fine lees until bottling. This is a wine that youll be hard pressed to replicate from anywhere in the world.
