Inspired by the salty air and stormy seas that crash against the coastline of Cornwall. Made using a blend of botanicals found along the coast, and seaweed from the shoreline.

As this is quite a peppery gin, it works really well as a simple G&T served with premium Indian tonic water and a slice of lemon. Try serving with a little dried sea spaghetti in a high ball for a different taste.
