Founding Fathers Pale Ale is a commemorative beer kit created to celebrate the life of homebrew visionary and inspiration – Philip Jones, who developed all of the original Festival Beer Kits. In 1992 Phil formed his own company, SPL International – now known as Bevie Partners Ltd. Phil used his extensive alcohol industry experience to establish SPL and guided the company to become a globally recognised, leading manufacturer in the homebrew and alcoholic drinks industries.

Festival World Beers kits use only the very highest quality liquid malt extracts and genuine brewers yeast and priming sugar. The hop pellets are simply added halfway through fermentation infusing flavour and aroma into the finished beer. The precisely measured addition of priming sugar ensures the correct level of carbonation is achieved for each particular style of beer.
