Anne and Herv Sigaut kindly postponed relaxing in to the weekend to host us for a tasting at 6.30pm on a Friday. And we are very glad they did. From the village wine right up to the senior crus, the domaine has managed to capture Chambolles signature florality and sensuousness.

The grapes are biodynamically farmed, 100% destemmed, and the wines unfiltered and unfined.
