Wonderfully aromatic and developed on the nose with notes of cracked black pepper, red cherry, wood smoke, earthy spice and cranberry. Theres a freshness on the palate which indicates youth, yet this wine is definitely ready to drink but will evolve in the cellar. The palate is elegant and well balanced with a lovely concentration of fruit. This is only the third vintage of Pinot produced at the estate, and most definitely the best to date.
