This Complex Gin from the Forest team starts with some classic botanicals being Steeped in Organic Grain Spirit before having more Botanicals Pestle and Mortared and added to the mix and then being distilled in their Copper Still and brought down to Strength with Local Spring Water! This has Refreshing notes of Berries and a Sharp Juniper burst which is then followed by a Mellow finish!
