Tasting note
The bubbles are fine and rise in a thin and persistent ribbon. The nose is fresh with smoky and hazelnut aromas also revealing minty, even slightly spicy notes. A fine tension on the palate with notes of brioche. The delightful sharpness of Chardonnay reappears on the finish with a hint of pink grapefruit.

History
Founded in Ay in 1584 Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne and it has been owned by the Renaud Cointreau family since 1993. Continued excellence is ensured by Odilon de Varine, Gosset Cellar master. This cuve is new to the range and was made as an aperitif. This is the only wine made at Gosset to undergo malolactic fermentation.
