The Catena family has spent over four generations cultivating vines in Mendozas Andean foothills, producing wines of global acclaim. This Chardonnay comes from a precise 27-row selection within the Adrianna Vineyard, located at nearly 5,000 feet in Gualtallary. The vineyards rocky, white stone-covered soils create ideal drainage and force the vines into stress, concentrating flavour.

Cool nights slow ripening and preserve acidity, while fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for up to 16 months add texture and depth. The result is a finely structured wine with mineral tension and remarkable ageing potential.
