Tasting Note

This is an ideal ‘anytime’ white from Veneto in Italy made up of a blend ofGarganegagrapes. The nose is bright with fresh honeydew melon and green apple fruit leading to asoft, refreshing palate that ends with an appealing bitter twist adding to its immense drinkability.

Versatile and easy wine to pair with a wide variety of food, but you cant go wrong with favourites such as pesto pasta and tomato based dishes.

Beppe Morchetta encapsulates Italian style and good taste with a trio of wines from selected vineyards in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy. Unmistakably Italian in presentation and character. The bianco combines Garganega and Chardonnay, a true reflection of this specific terroir close to the town of Soave.

Grapes are harvested from young vines planted on the hillsides along the southern shore of Lake Garda. The combination of deep, mineral rich soils, a temperate climate, with milder winters and cooler summers than in many neighbouring areas, and the cooling influence of the lake itself, makes this the perfect location for producing expressive and accessible wines.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fruit purity and expression.
