Dark mahogany in colour with iodine reflections. On the nose it is clean and intense, typical of the variety. Aromas of raisins and ripe black fruit.

Ideal for desserts: Pies and cakes, Tiramisu.Chocolate: brownies, Creme brlee and magnificent alongside Vanilla ice cream with chopped nuts on top. Beautiful with Blue cheese.
