The fullest expression of our Hirondelle Estate vineyard in the renowned Stags Leap District, this wine opens with fresh aromas of black cherry, cassis, fresh thyme, and spice. On the palate, lively acidity and polished tannins are joined by complex notes of dark chocolate, black tea, raspberry, and sweet tobacco. The Yettalil name came from our founding matriarch, Henrietta. While she is known by her friends and family as Yetta, her husband, John, lovingly called her Yettalil.
