Regnard is a renowned producer of Chablis wines, and their Fourchaume 1er Cru is a standout example of their expertise. The Fourchaume 1er Cru is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Fourchaume vineyard, which is located on the right bank of the Serein river. The soil in this area is rich in limestone, which gives the wine its characteristic minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before being pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
