Midnight Black Ros grapes are hand-picked from the vineyards in the Valle dei Laghi and the Vallagrina, which are the ideal areas in Trentino for the cultivation of Lagrein, a grape indigenous to the region. The grapes used to produce Midnight Black Ros are picked by hand and carefully selected in the vineyard. In order to maintain the freshness and acidity of the grapes, the harvest is brought forward by about ten days. We recommend drinking this wine chilled when you are in the mood for the dark side of pink or pairing with spicy dishes.
