The distiller, Shaun, describes it as, “I like to compare it to those early Cornish spring mornings. When its still a wee bit cold, the sea is that crystal clear blue, but you know its still too cold to jump in to. Youre probably wrapped up, but you feel warm, and its crisp, invigorating. You know those mornings.” The finish is crisp and clean, showcasing the balanced interplay of botanicals that linger on the taste buds.

Caspyn Dry Gin is ideal for enjoying in a classic G&T or as a base for creative cocktails. Its perfect served with premium tonic, garnished with a twist of orange. Shaun prefers to keep the garnish simple so that the flavours and aromas of the gin stand out. It also shines in cocktails, adding a distinctive flavour to your favourite mixesespecially in a classic Negroni or a dry martini. Two of his current favourite cocktails are a Dirty Gibson and a Marmalade Cocktail.
